RIGHTTS OF CANCELLATION
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive the item.
In case of withdrawal:
1. Send us an email at scandinavianvintage@tuta.com and provide your order number.
2. Return the item within 14 days of your message.
3. The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Once we have received the item and approved the condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same account that you used for the purchase.
Note: Since all items are vintage and thus used, natural patina and variation in color/glaze are not accepted as defects or damage.
